  4-3-15 Recently our local Chuck-E-Cheese has raised the price on the better games to 2 tokens. I understand that they need to keep up with costs but this is quite an increase, especially considering that tokens are 22 cents (90 for $20). We will definitely be reconsidering our outings here in the future.
  
  2-2-14 Very clean, all but one game was functional. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that there are too many 'coin-for-tickets' games: the games where there is no game play, you just trade your tokens for tickets. Plunk a coin into one of these machines and a spinner stops to a number which indicates the number of tickets you won. I can see having one or two of these games but I counted about seven and they are a rip-off, especially when you have a little kid with you.

  Due to what happened today (Tues 6.28.16), at around 2-3pm, this location's teenaged, male, tall, blonde, acne suffering, ticket desk Twitt was completely, intentionally, unacceptably, and unjustly rude to our three children.
  He was also sarcastic when our children kindly thanked him for his rude customer service. (Yes, this could be seen as sarcasm, as well, if the immature employee didn't understand the truth of the matter, which was this was our childrens' way of politely addressing his lack of professionalism).
  BUT!, When their grandfather walked up, the child employee was all smiles and manners.
  Check your workers, Chuck.

  Not enough people working for a Saturday. Slow service and a limited selection of games. The new PlayPass card that you swipe to play instead of the Chuck E. Cheese quarters is a rip off. If you get too close to a game with the card in your pocket, you're paying to play even if you don't play, smart from the business point of view. Also, my husband cut his hand reaching in for a ball playing the Carnival game. Very disappointed!
