  I am disabled and utilize a Service Dog to assist me with my disability. I went to MOM's with a friend who also is disabled and uses a Service Dog. We were told that we had to "fill out paperwork" and our dogs have to be certified. There is no certification for Service Dogs under the ADA. Nor can they ask to see any documentation.

  Q17. Does the ADA require that service animals be certified as service animals?
  A. No. Covered entities may not require documentation, such as proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal, as a condition for entry.
  
  The manager comes over and says that he has no idea where he is going to put us. He failed to ask us where we would like to be seat rather said he has to call the owner. He was obviously upset that he had to let the dogs into the restaurant. He finally got a round table from the back and sat us there which was nice.
  
  Then to make matter worse, the kitchen got my order wrong. I ordered a plain hamburger with no cheese. When it came out it had cheese on it. I sent it back. It returns, it was obviously that the chef just scrapped the cheese off the top and flipped the burger over. A perfect situation for someone that allergic to cheese.
  
  The food quality is outstanding but costumer service this visit was HORRIBLE!
